Knox County Warrant RecordsKnox County Warrant Records

This is a private reference for Knox County warrant records, not an official office. The KCSO public FAQ, the Criminal Court Clerk, Knoxville City Court, and Farragut Municipal Court each handle different questions. Use the details below to reach the office with the record; include a case or citation number when available. A live warrant check must come from the sheriff or issuing court.

Not a government or law-enforcement office. This site cannot confirm, remove, recall, or clear a warrant, accept bond, set a hearing, arrange surrender, or advise on a case. Contact the official court or sheriff directly.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the contact that matches the record. A city citation, county criminal warrant, jail booking, and public-record copy can belong to different offices.

  • Check your own warrant: KCSO's FAQ directs a person with photo ID to the public window on level L-1 of the City-County Building, 400 W. Main Street, or to the detention facility. The FAQ does not publish an online name search.
  • County criminal case: Knox County Criminal Court Clerk, City-County Building, Suite 149; 865-215-2375. The office keeps Criminal Court, General Sessions-Criminal, and Fourth Circuit records. Ask which division holds the case.
  • Detention facility: 5001 Maloneyville Road; KCSO lists 865-281-6700. This is a custody location and an in-person warrant-check route, not an online list.
  • Criminal Processing Unit: 865-215-3496. KCSO lists weekday self-surrender from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; jail turn-in is available 24/7. Confirm the current route before travel.
  • Knoxville citation: City Court, 1650 Huron Street; 865-215-4311. The service counter is open weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with limited Tuesday night service. Read the court name because some state-code tickets route elsewhere.
  • Farragut case: Municipal Court, 11408 Municipal Center Drive; court@townoffarragut.org; 865-218-3363 or 865-218-3387. Ask the clerk about a citation, default, or court status.
  • Farragut public records: Town Recorder, 11408 Municipal Center Drive; 865-966-7057. Posted Town Hall hours are weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Recorder handles Town records requests, not court resets.

For KCSO warrant-unit information, the official Criminal Warrants page lists LEIDS at 865-215-2442. That source describes an agency contact, not a guaranteed public name-search result. A records request should go to the office that keeps the specific existing record.
